Along with this upgrade, he has raised the price target for Amphenol from $120 to $150, indicating a potential gain of 22.3% based on Tuesday&#8217;s closing price.<br \/>\n          <\/span><br \/>\n        <\/span><br \/>\n      <\/span><br \/>\n      The stock has experienced remarkable growth recently, driven by robust performance in various sectors linked to the AI industry. Over the past three months, Amphenol&#8217;s stock has surged more than 41%, and it has nearly doubled, with a 91% increase over the last six months. Mohan&#8217;s optimistic outlook on Amphenol is largely attributed to anticipated growth in its AI segment and forthcoming mergers and acquisitions activity.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      Notably, Mohan forecasts that Amphenol can sustain triple-digit percentage growth in AI revenue through 2026. He elaborated on several factors contributing to this positive outlook: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potential upside to C26 estimates due to higher-than-expected AI rack volume.<\/li>\n<li>Increased estimates for C27 based on the incremental content of new architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Growing announcements for data center builds that will drive higher volumes.<\/li>\n<li>Reduced risk associated with the C28 cliff year, as the transition to co-packaged optics (CPO) will take time, and the CCS acquisition offers Amphenol a chance to expand its fiber participation.<\/li>\n<li>Mid-teens organic growth projected for 2026-2028.<\/li>\n<li>A strong cadence of mergers and acquisitions driving inorganic growth.<\/li>\n<li>Mid-single-digit organic growth excluding AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>      Mohan expressed confidence that Amphenol&#8217;s business will remain robust despite upcoming design changes from Nvidia. He anticipates &#8220;higher content&#8221; in Nvidia&#8217;s Vera Rubin and Kyber systems compared to the existing Blackwell GPUs. Although future Nvidia systems may utilize fewer overpass cables\u2014one of Amphenol&#8217;s key products\u2014Mohan believes that the overall component value per rack for Amphenol should increase.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      Beyond the AI sector, Mohan emphasized that Amphenol&#8217;s growth outside of AI underscores the company&#8217;s strong operational execution. Following the upgrade, Amphenol shares rose by more than 2%.
