That\u2019s why for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reit-tirement.com\/2025\/08\/sreits-fundamental-review-31-august-2025.html\" target=\"_blank\">SREITs Fundamental Review @ 31 August 2025<\/a>, I\u2019m experimenting with a new format: a concise 5-minute YouTube video that provides a high-level summary.<\/p>\n<p>    <a name=\"more\"\/><\/p>\n<p>My aim was to create a summary that highlights the most critical findings from the Lease, Debt, and Diversification profiles. To assist in structuring a script and visuals, I utilized <a href=\"https:\/\/aistudio.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Google AI Studio<\/a>. However, the real work came in the fine-tuning process. For financial content like this, the human touch is indispensable. The steps involved included:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"text-align:left\">\n<li>Refining the AI&#8217;s script for accuracy and clarity<\/li>\n<li>Designing a presentation format that is easy to read on any screen<\/li>\n<li>Generating a text-to-speech voiceover<\/li>\n<li>Editing everything in CapCut to achieve the right pacing and animation<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p>The video will provide you with the highlights in just 5 minutes.
