This stark contrast between institutional selling and retail buying indicates differing perspectives on the REIT&#8217;s future prospects during its initial trading week.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Keppel DC REIT garnered modest institutional interest, recording SGD6.3 million in net inflows, making it the only REIT to appear among the top institutional net buy stocks for the week.
