Building on my previous attempt at an animated video, I wanted to take it a step further this time. For this project, I created another animation inspired by one of my earlier posts, Comic Strip – Sectors Of SREIT. This endeavor was a delightful way to delve into the various types of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and I’ve always wanted to bring that narrative to life.
The animation presents a short comic strip that captures a classic Singaporean office scenario centered around “money talk.” The dialogue is delivered in Singlish, making it a light-hearted and accessible introduction to the subject matter. The conversation encompasses:
- The six main sectors of S-REITs
- A straightforward introduction to each sector
- The crucial lesson: why you should never chit-chat in the office pantry when the boss is around!
